Duplicating existing forum users When posting content on our forum members must remember to: Not to raise a topic about something that has already been discussed. Please use search tool to find answer to your questions Post in relevant forum sections. Off-Topic subjects will be moved to appropriate forum sections Not to post in several forums simultaneously, or several identical topics in various sections, generally do not spam with topics. When raising a topic please make sure that subject of the topic is as informative as possible. Not to create topics with content/subject which insults anyone, is offensive or violates any other of our rules. Not to upload logs of communication with the administration without permission. Not to post in any language except English in ''English speaking community forums'' . Posting in other languages is allowed in special sections of "Other Languages Communities Forums". Exception - post on foreign language with following translation to English from any online translator, and Recruiting section (creating topics on foreign language and answering in those topics on the same language. Posting in other languages that topic itself is still forbidden).If you wish to create your language community please contact one of our staff members. When having a discussion in any of topics on our forum users cannot: Use abusive speech, bully, provoke, or use hate language in any other form (that includes racial/religion/ethnic profiling and offensive statements about other users) Post false information Advertise other projects, groups, or post any other prohibited content (violence, pornography and so on) Reply meaninglessly just to bum up topics (bumps are allowed once every 6 hours) Maximum quotes on posts of other forum members is 5 excessively use capital letters (caps lock) letter's size and colour Arguing with any of our staff members is strictly prohibited. Use private messages to get in touch with us. If there is an issue between two players they must sort it out outside of topic conversation (via private messages) Discord rules: Primary chat language is English; Users should treat each other with respect; No bullying, racism, sexism, homophobia or any other hate speech or provocation; Any kind of unsolicited advertising is prohibited; Pornography, violence, gore and other offensive material is forbidden; It is forbidden for L2Gold.in players to participate in black market; If there is an argument only concerning two players, they should discuss it in private. Facebook fan-page rules: Primary language is English, however we do accept exceptions and will try to comfort players who might find it hard to communicate in different language than their native one. We respect every player, therefore we expect players to respect any member of our staff as well as other users when in conversation with them. Abusive speech to any of our staff members or other users is prohibited (racial profiling, threatening, sexism, provocation, and so on) Asking for in game items is prohibited (that includes questions about ''deals'' for items which can be found in account panel) Spamming or sending any illegal content to us is strictly prohibited (pornography, violence and so on) When starting a chat with is please send us the whole message you wish to send to us, this will allow us to deal with enquiries much faster. If you are reporting an issue in game, please include as much detail as possible (screenshots, detailed description) this will allow us to deal with these quicker and in most cases sort them out without needing to take more of your time to explain the issue to us in more detail. When posting a comment you must follow the rules from point 2 & 3. Every post that is landing on our Fan Page is being checked by us, therefore posts containing prohibited content or breaching any of our rules will be rejected. Unsolicited advertising is strictly prohibited. If there is an issue between two players, they must sort it between each other on private chat rather than in public section. In game rules: GM's are not obliged to answer private messages in game. If you wish to speak to us please do via Discord/Facebook fan-page/forum message Asking for in game items and of our staff members is strictly prohibited Creating nickname's similar to existing players and trying to impersonate to other players for your benefits in shape of items is prohibited and will be punished with suspending all of your accounts. Hate language is strictly prohibited. This includes racial/gender/ethnic profiling, threats and so on. Account security is your own responsibility. We urge you not to share any of these details with anyone, however if you did share these with someone and now have lost any items from your characters or other changes did happen we take no responsibility for that and are not able to help with recovering them. You must follow Automatic/ Live event rules. In case of breach of these you might be jailed/suspended Advertising or posting any illegal content on in game chat is strictly prohibited (that includes other projects, fan pages, and so on) Flaming any of our staff members is strictly prohibited Attempts to use any of illegal software will be punished with suspending your accounts, and are automatic thanks to our Anti Bot software. Please make sure to check that whatever you are going to use is legal on our server as if you will receive BAN we will not be reverting it. Always triple check when trading. Make sure to check with whom you are trading and if the items are matching the deal originally agreed. *Password recovery system is working fine. If for some reason you cannot recover it that means you have not listened to our advice in above points and you did share your account details with someone who changed an email address associated to your account, therefore we are not able to help with that. IF you are a witness of any of above rules being breached please report to one of our staff members as soon as possible and we will action accordingly. Also a quick note to bring up couple things of again: Any form of black market is strictly prohibited. That applies to Discord/in game/via our or any other forum/ Facebook fan-page Please remember that by purchasing from illegal sources you are harming our project but also you are risking being suspended from game and loss of items.
